Terms and conditions

Price

The price is fixed and confirmed in writing (WhatsApp, SMS or email) before the ride. It includes tolls, standard luggage and VAT.

20% night surcharge between 10 pm and 6 am.

Waiting time

Included: 60 minutes at the airport (from actual landing), 15 minutes for any other pick-up. After that: €1 per minute.

Cancellation

Free up to 24 hours before pick-up.

Less than 24 hours before: 50% of the price is charged.

No-show: 100% of the price is charged.

Payment

Card, cash, Apple Pay or Google Pay, on board or in advance. Invoice on request.

Luggage

One suitcase and one carry-on per passenger are included. Bulky items (golf, ski, stroller) must be declared when booking.

Child seats

Baby seats, child seats and boosters provided free of charge on request when booking, in line with French road law.

Liability

We cannot be held liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (exceptional traffic, weather, road closures). Lost items are kept for 30 days.

Applicable law and mediation

These terms are governed by French law.
